    Carla Shalaby challenges the way schools label and discipline students who are seen as disruptive. She argues that children who are often punished for misbehavior are actually exposing deeper flaws in the education system, such as rigid rules and a lack of support for individuality. Instead of viewing these children as problems, Shalaby encourages educators to see them as reflections of what needs to change in classrooms creating environment tat embrace creativity, justice, and freedom.
     The second article Introduction talks about the ways in sic traditional education often suppresses Students voice and enforces conformity rather then critical thinking and emotional growth. Both authors sow how Important reevaluating the way school handle discipline and learning environment     
        The articles have very strong connection because they both talked about how schools prioritize order over students well-being which can have a long term consequences on the students development. The argument that educational system can turn away students many those who dont fit the "ideal learner". seeing challenges behaviors as opportunities for growth rather than as disruptive to be remove. By rethinking how they engage with students, can become spaces that enforcing curiosity, individuality and inclusion instead of obedience
